At Sunstate Hobie, we stock and sell the popular Hobie Cat racing and recreational models. Hobie Cat 16 enjoys strong class support and local, state, national and international racing. The Rotomolded recreational range, Hobie Bravo, Hobie Wave, Hobie Getaway were designed to be quick to rig and easy to sail. They are not plastic race boats, they were designed from the keel up, to be user-friendly, low maintenance, stable, performance craft.

* Rigging is heavy duty, PVC covered.
* Trampolines are heat welded,
* Hull construction is foam sandwich polyethylene which produces a tough shell whilst retaining adequate stiffness.

In today’s busy world, Hobie’s rotomolded models, with their simple rigs and ultra-low-maintenance construction, allow busy people to spend their precious spare time sailing……not rigging and fussing about.

The Hobie Mirage Adventure Island and Mirage Tandem Island are setting the sailing world on fire. Equipped with removable outriggers and roller-furling sail these machines really get along under sail, leg or arm power. They can be carried it on a roof rack and store in the garage.

Hobie Bravo is what happens when fun, fast and simple meet in one easy-to-sail catamaran? We call it the Hobie Bravo, a boat that delivers big grins, great times and minimal fuss. The boat’s rotomolded polyethylene hull encourages beaching and makes docking – even on gusty days – fully inconsequential.
